tamara took her first doula training in 2016 and it started her on a journey she could never have imagined.
in may of 2021, she graduated from her formal herbalism training program with Florida School of Holistic Living; and in december of 2023, she graduated from the well school of body literacy and was certified by the association of fertility awareness professionals as both a fertility awareness educator and holistic reproductive and sexual health educator.
these three passions are the segments that made the kindred feminine what it is today: a holistic practice that serves folks from menarche (the onset of menstruation) to menopause.

In this introduction class we'll learn what our primary fertility signs are and how to identify them, we'll learn how fertility awareness can aid embodiment and conscious and intentional conception, and how to use herbs, gentle movement, and nourishment in a nonjudgemental way to facilitate our fertility journeys.
