Jessica Ewing is the founder of High Vibe Herbals, a Florida-based herbal wellness company rooted in Caribbean and Indigenous traditions. Her work focuses on creating plant-based remedies that nurture emotional balance, physical vitality, and spiritual connection.
Jessica began her herbal journey seeking natural ways for her family to heal, but soon discovered that the plants were doing more than supporting the body, they were helping to transform emotion and awaken faith. Through her teaching on emotional alchemy, Jessica guides others to listen to the subtle intelligence of plants and to remember the ancestral wisdom that lives within us all.

In this class, herbalist and educator Jessica Ewing, founder of High Vibe Herbals, invites participants to explore the intersection of emotional healing, ancestral connection, and herbal medicine.
Rooted in her Caribbean and Indigenous lineage, Jessica teaches how emotional energy moves through the body, how it manifests as physical imbalance, and how specific herbs can help restore harmony between the emotional and spiritual bodies.
Through guided reflection, discussion, and tasting, participants will learn to identify the emotional signatures of herbs and how to pair them for emotional transformation, what Jessica calls Emotional Alchemy.
This class blends ancestral remembrance with practical herbal wisdom, offering a grounded and nurturing space to reconnect with the emotional intelligence of the plants and the wisdom within yourself.
